OPEN ENROLLMENT FOR INDIVIDUAL HEALTH INSURANCE FOR 2022 IS NOW CLOSED.

If you missed the open enrollment period and are in need of individual health insurance, please contact our office to find out your options.  If your circumstances qualify, you may be eligible for a separate special enrollment period.

If you anticipate qualifying for a premium assistance credit or a cost share reduction subsidy, you must apply for a plan through the Federally Facilitated Marketplace.  Our office can help you through the process – just give us a call for an appointment.  Please see the link below for additional information.  If you are enrolling in an individual plan and you do not anticipate qualifying for a subsidy, you can work directly with our office for coverage through Premera BCBS.
